Select Your Registration Category

From the home page or navigation menu, choose the registration category that applies to you:

• Metropolitan Councils: For Metropolitan Grand Knights or delegate.
• Subordinate Councils: For Grand Knights or Sub-Council delegate.
• Supreme Executive Board: For Supreme Executive Board members & Officers.
• Observers & Others: For Observers, Supreme Committee Chairmen, HQ Staff, and Special Invitees.

Fill Council Details & Officers List

Complete all required contact details, MGK/GK information, and list current Council officers.

Select Accommodation & Meal Options

Choose preferred hotel reservations and meal options for delegates attending. Make sure to upload delegate photographs showing delegates in Full Ceremonial Regalia (.PNG or .JPEG format). You can click "View Hotel Rates & Info" to see available room counts and negotiated convention rates.

Complete Payment (Online or Bank Transfer)

You can pay instantly online via Paystack or choose Offline Bank Transfer:

For offline bank transfers, upload your payment teller or transfer receipt directly on the form or via the Upload Evidence page.

Receive Level 1 Payment Confirmation

Once the COC Finance Committee verifies your payment, you will receive a Level 1 Confirmation Email informing you that your payment has been approved.

Submit Protocol Information (Deadline: October 30)

Visit the Protocol Information Page to submit your arrival and departure details (flight numbers, airline, train/road mode, arrival dates). Ensure you provide the same email address used during registration.

Final Level 2 Registration Approval

Upon submitting your Protocol information, your registration moves to Level 2 Final Completion. You will receive a final confirmation email and your digital pass/QR code for convention check-in at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.

Goodwill Messages & Advert Artworks

To submit goodwill messages or commercial advert entries for the Souvenir Booklet, visit the Goodwill & Adverts Page. You can attach artwork files (PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD) directly on the form.
